All the plagues that the Holy One, blessed be He, sent upon Egypt were ordered precisely, for divine justice is rigorously structured. Each plague was exactly proportioned to the transgression. The secret is that divine justice is absolute justice. There is no punishment without sin, and no sin without punishment. The plagues came in an order that precisely corresponded to the order of Egypt's transgressions.
