Israel left Egypt in great haste, for had they stayed longer they would have sunk into impurity beyond recovery. The Holy One, blessed be He, brought them out with a strong hand. Every redemption of Israel is accomplished by a strong hand. The final redemption will also be accomplished with great power. The consolation is that the Holy One being One and His Name being One, every redemption bears the mark of His absolute power.
