זוהר שמות — דף ה ע”א
Summary
A fortiori: if when Jacob was saved from Laban, angels came out to meet him, all the more so at his descent to Egypt with the Holy One blessed be He, it is proper that celestial camps should join him. Rabbi Yehuda addresses the miracle of the angels who descended with Jacob to Egypt, and that the phrase 'man and his household' alludes to the Shekhina and her camp. The descending angels came from front and behind, while the Shekhina concealed herself among those angels. Jacob descended to Egypt in the company of the Shekhina, not alone.
