Every plant of the earth has a celestial representative that preserves its unique secret and does not mix with another, hence the prohibition of sowing mixed species (kilayim). The Holy One called every thing by its own name and did not want to mix them, as it is written: He calls them all by name. The names of the sons of Israel are those holy tribes who are the sustenance of the entire world. The word "ve-eleh" indicates that there is a holy addition to the names of the sons of Israel beyond the names alone.
