When Israel cries out to God, the covenant awakens and a desire to bind everything in one bond awakens. When the covenant is awakened, the Shekhinah is aroused to rise from exile. God remembers the covenant with the fathers when He hears the cry of Israel. Redemption depends on arousal from below.
