Human beings must walk in the ways of the Holy One and keep the commandments of Torah to merit the World to Come. Just as there are accusers in the world below, there are also accusers above who stand over human beings. Those who perform the commandments and walk upright merit many defenders above. Rosh Hashana is the day of judgment when the Holy One stands to judge the world. Job was given as an offering to the other side so that it would occupy itself with him and leave Israel alone. The sons of God are the great ministers sent to oversee human deeds.
