זוהר שמות — דף סב ע”א
Summary
Parashah Beshalah. The highest nourishment of all belongs to the Haverim who study Torah: they are sustained by food of the spirit and soul, not the body, which is why their bodies are weaker. There are four types of nourishment: bodily food from heaven and earth, food of the poor from the place called Tzedek (Justice), food of the sick from the Holy One directly, and nourishment of spirits and souls from a most exalted place. The Haverim are nourished from the highest level of all, Wisdom (Hokhma), the source from which the Torah emerged.
