Parashah Yitro. Yitro gave Moses advice on the organization of judgments, which was entirely appropriate. Yitro gave thanks to the Holy One and organized the judicial system before Him, to demonstrate what was contained therein. Yitro s advice on appointing judges corresponds to a supernal spiritual structure. There are appointed ministers at different levels, and Yitro organized what was lacking in the order of judgment. The secret of you shall see, the prophetic vision granted to Moses to perceive the forces of judgment and arrange them.
