This folio explores divine completeness: when the engravings of the Supreme King are in their proper place, all worlds experience joy. Jacob is defined as the "wholesome man" meaning perfect in everything, and thus all the works of the Holy One, Blessed be He, are complete. The verse "Who ascended to heaven?" is interpreted as referring to Moses, Aaron, Elijah, Abraham, and the four elements of the world. Whoever seeks to draw near to the Holy is drawn near in return, as at Mount Sinai where the Holy One called to Moses.
