This folio addresses the third day of the giving of the Torah: when the Holy One, Blessed be He, wished to reveal Himself on Mount Sinai, He summoned His entire celestial retinue to vacate their places in honor of the children of Israel. The Ten Commandments were given in voices that ascended and descended, and the Israelites beheld the divine word face to face. Death was suspended during the divine revelation, and souls returned to their bodies through the supernal dew.
