זוהר שמות — דף קד ע”א

Summary

In the Book of Enoch, it is said that Rachel — not Leah — ceased bearing children; she is the one who weeps for her sons. The names of the first tribes — Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah — reveal supernal secrets of right and left, male and female. The letter dalet in Judah symbolizes poverty and the need for reincarnation to rectify evil. The elder (Saba) emerges from the ocean depths and weeps before the Holy One, declaring he acts solely for divine honor. The name Judah — "Your brothers shall praise you" — reveals the power of the name "Atah" which subdues the Other Side and establishes sovereignty.
