The name Elohim is composed of two parts: "Mi" (who?) and "Eleh" (these), and Israel is the totality of this name. In exile the name fell apart; in the future "Mi Eleh" will reunite into one perfect name. The prayer "Yitgadal v'Yitkadash" is a supplication for the rebuilding of this great divine name, first of all structures, without which Israel cannot reign over all.
