זוהר שמות — דף קכט ע”ב

Summary

The Kedushah we recite in the holy tongue grants us entry into the supernal gates, as the praise of the angels opens the way for us. The supernal angels are holier than us and receive greater holiness, and we draw these sanctities upon ourselves to become their companions. The Kaddish Kedushah, recited in Aramaic, breaks iron locks, seals, and evil husks, elevating the glory of the Holy One blessed be He. This Kedushah can only be said in a quorum of ten, for the Shekhinah unites only with the holy tongue and a minyan. When the power of the Other Side is broken, the Holy One rises in His glory and remembers His children and His Name.
