Whoever unifies the name of the Holy One as it should be done, the Shekhinah comes and rests on his head and blesses him with seven blessings. When Israel left Egypt, they did not know the secret of faith, for they had served idolatry in exile and forgotten their fathers’ heritage. Moses taught them the secret of divinity, and after the miracles and the Torah they properly acquired the faith. The Holy One consulted the Torah and created the world, like an architect who studies a blueprint before building. Happy is the one who engages in Torah, for he sustains the world at every moment.
