Parashah Beshalah. One adorned with the holy crown of Shabbat must not utter profane words, lest they desecrate Shabbat. Shabbat encompasses three levels: Neshamah, Nefesh and Ruach, corresponding to the three Shabbat prayers. When Israel left Egypt, the Holy One had mercy on the daughters and took them out of Gehinnom, which is why the manna fell double on Friday. Gehinnom rests on Shabbat and the wicked are not judged there. Shabbat is a channel of blessing for all weekdays.
