זוהר שמות — דף קלא ע”ב
Summary
One who arrives early to the synagogue merits that the Shekhinah finds him and unites with him in a single bond, as if the entire congregation were present. The parable of the king: the one who arrives first becomes beloved by the king; when the people come, the king makes peace with them. Speaking profane words in the synagogue causes separation and diminishes faith. When Israel recites songs and praises, three camps of supernal angels gather to listen and participate.
