The verse: "the lip of truth shall be established forever" — this does not refer to the present but to the lip of truth that will be established in the future. Currently the lip of falsehood dominates, but in the future the lip of truth will be established. This leads to a discussion by sages on the secret of language and the letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Holy names revealed in speech are the degree of Israel, and names fulfilled in heart and will are the higher degree. The letters of the Torah dwell within all supernal secrets.
