Happy is he who merits the garments with which the righteous clothe themselves in the Garden of Eden below. These garments come from the good deeds performed in this world through Torah commandments. The soul dwells in the lower Garden of Eden and clothes itself in these garments. Afterward, when it ascends to the upper Garden of Eden, it sheds one garment and clothes itself in a more refined one. The garments are the expression of the spiritual merits accumulated by a person during their lifetime.
