When a person devotes his soul to the Torah, the Holy One blessed be He grants him a share in the World to Come. Whoever draws near to the King knows His secrets. The righteous, because they are attached to the King, know His thoughts. The Holy Spirit rests only upon one who is prepared to receive it.
