Parashah Yitro. When the nations submit, they acknowledge the Holy One, and then His glory is fulfilled above and below. The glory of the Lord is complete when all peoples render acknowledgment to Him. Yitro, representing the return of the nations, heard and came, and through his hearing, the glory of the Lord spread throughout the world. The secret of father-in-law of Moses, the connection between the higher and lower forces; through Yitro, the nations joined the spiritual force of Israel. The Lord rejoices in the return of the wicked and receives them in repentance.
