The sages interpret the verse "at the top of the mountains" as referring to Abraham, head of the mountains, the attribute of lovingkindness on the right. The cup of blessing is the acharit hayamim, chosen from the entire Tree as the portion of Good without Evil. "All nations will stream to it" means that even women, children, and servants are obligated in the cup of blessing. One sage had heard this teaching from Rav Hamnuna the Elder and kept it treasured. The Holy One blessed be He did not wish anyone to speak ill of Israel and blessed them abundantly to draw them toward repentance.
